DLF Privana North: the latest phase of Privana at DLF 6, Sector 76
DLF Privana North is DLF's latest high-end launch in Sector 76-77, Gurgaon, along Southern Peripheral Road. It's the next phase of the 116-acre Privana township, after Privana South and Privana West, both of which sold out quickly, and it suits families who want big homes with open Aravalli views.
This phase has six towers rising to around 50 storeys, among the tallest residential buildings DLF has taken on. Homes come as 4, 4.5 and 5 BHK, with balconies and decks 12 feet wide that work as an extension of the living room. The towers open into an air-conditioned, double-height lobby, and Salas Areas link them with the landscape.
The masterplan is by an international team, and green cover is the big story here. The township sits next to 25,000 acres of permanent reserved green and near a proposed jungle safari of more than 10,000 acres. Inside, you get tree-lined avenues, walkways beside the driveways, and jogging and cycling tracks on both sides of the road.
Privana is part of DLF 6, a development of more than 600 acres, with infrastructure planning by Singapore's Surbana Jurong and a 2 km green corridor with footpaths and cycling tracks.
