Adani Oyster Grande is a completed gated community of about 19 acres in Sector 102/102A, just off the Dwarka Expressway, built by Adani Realty in a joint venture with M2K. More than 400 families already live here, so it suits buyers who want a settled neighbourhood rather than a construction site.
There are 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and 5 bedroom penthouses across several towers. Sizes run from about 939 sq ft of RERA carpet for the smaller 3 bedroom units to about 3,127 sq ft for the penthouses. In between you'll find 3 bedroom homes with a staff room and study, and 4 bedroom homes of about 1,660 sq ft.
L&T Construction was the construction partner and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) handles facilities management.
